A son reduced his parents to tears with his Christmas gift - a note telling them that he had paid off their mortgage.
Joe Riquelme, the successful founder of video sharing app Videoshop, hands his mother an envelope explaining that he has "one more gift" for her and his father.
The handwritten note, which was accompanied by bank documents, said: "Your house is paid off. Merry Christmas - Joe."

Riquelme had also ticked three boxes saying: "Raising kids; college loans; mortgage."
Riquelme's mother immediately starts to cry and embraces her son, before her husband also bursts into tears.
The emotional video has been watched more than 1.5 million times since it was posted on Boxing Day.
