How To Avoid Prostate Cancer.

EVERY MAN MUST READ THIS:

I'm here to talk to you about the Prostate. The subject is a bit confusing. Is the prostate strictly for men? Yes, only men have prostate and only men over 40 but prevention awareness is for everyone There's no woman who doesn't know a man of 40 years and above, father, uncle, brother, son, friend, neighbor, colleague...

What I'm going to do today is promote health. Responsible health promotion must provide three things:
1. Information
2. insurance
3. A plan of action.
Let me start with an overview of prostate health. Everybody has a pair of kidneys. The function of the kidney is to remove waste. This is the vision (waste management company) of your body. Every day, your blood crosses the kidney several times to be filtered. When blood is filtered, urine is formed and stored in a temporary storage tank called the bladder.

If there was no bladder, while a man is walking on the road, urine would fall continuously.
Now consider the plumbing work in your home. Think of the bladder as an aerial storage tank. From the storage tank, a good plumber will run the pipes to other parts of the house, including the kitchen. God in His wisdom ran tubes from our bladder to the tip of the penis. A pipe is called a urethra. Just below the bladder and around the urethra is a small organ called the PROSTATE.
The prostate is the size of a nut and weighs about 20 grams. Its job is to make the seminal fluid that is stored in the seminal bladder. During sex, seminal fluid flows down the urethra and mixes with the spermatozoids produced in the testicles to form the sperm. So, sperm isn't technically sperm. It's sperm + seminal fluid. Seminal fluid lubricates the sperm.
After 40 years, for hormonal reasons, the prostatic gland starts to grow. From 20 grams, it can reach almost 100 grams. As he gets bigger, he tightens the urethra and the man starts to notice changes in his urination.
If you have a son under 10, if he has a little mischief like we all did at that age, when he goes out to pee, he can aim at the ceiling and the jet will hit the target. Call his dad to do the same, His urine output is weak, can't travel long distances and can sometimes come straight down his legs. At that, he may need to get in an uncomfortable position to urinate.
Few men worry about their urine output not reaching the ceiling. The toilets are on the floor not the ceiling. But other symptoms are starting to appear.

* LAST DRILL
The man starts to notice that after urinating and repacking, urine is still falling down his pants. This is why, after an older man pees, the bell has to ring. A young man just delivers the last drop and walks away. Just saw an older man coming from the bathroom. Sometimes he can squeeze newspaper closely to hide urine stains, especially on solid color trousers.

* HESISTATION
At that point, you wait longer for the urine to start. There are 2 valves that must open for you to urinate- internal and external sphincters. Both open but due to obstruction in the urethra you wait longer for the stream to start.

* INCOMPLETE VIDEO
Just after urinating You get that feeling that there is still something left.
As all these things happen, the bladder starts to work harder to compensate for the obstruction in the urethra. The frequency of urination is increasing. The emergency is setting in. Sometimes you have to practically run to the bathroom. Nycturia is also becoming common. You wake up more than 2 times a night to pee. Your wife is starting to complain
Men being men can’t even talk to nobody at this point. And then the worst complications start.
Stored urine is infected and there can be a burning sensation while urinating.
Stored urine forms crystals. The crystals gather together to form a stone in the bladder or kidney. Stones can block the urethra.
Chronic Urinary tract infection sets in. Bladder holds more and more urine. Bladder size is 40 to 60cl. A bottle of coke is 50cl. As the bladder stores more urine, it can grow up to 300 cl. An over filled bladder can leak and lead to urinary/wetting incontinence. In addition, volume can put pressure on the kidney and lead to kidney damage.

Now, what is most likely to take man to hospital is acute urinary retention. He wakes up one day and can’t pee.
Everything that I have described above is associated with prostate enlargement, technically referred to as benign prostate hyperplasia.
There are other prostate diseases such as:
1. Prostatitis - inflammation of the prostate
2. Prostate Cancer -
This talk is about prostate enlargement.
Got bad news & good news
The bad news is that everyone will get prostate enlargement if they live long enough.
The good news is that there are lifestyle changes that can help men after 40 maintain optimal prostate health, in which they are:
NUTRITION
Watch what you eat. 33% of all cancers according to the National Cancer Institute are related to what we eat.
Red meat daily triples your chances of prostate disease. Daily milk doubles your risk. Not eating fruit/veggies every day quadruple your risk.
Tomatoes are really good for men. If this is the only thing your wife can give in the evening, eat it with joy. He has lycopene charges Lycopene is the most powerful natural antioxidant.
Foods rich in zinc are also good for men. We recommend pumpkin seeds
Zinc is the most essential element of male sexuality and fertility.
Men need more zinc than women. Every time a man ejaculates, he loses 15 mg of zinc. Zinc is also important in the metabolism of alcohol. Your liver needs zinc to metabolize alcohol.

ALCOHOL CONSUMPTION
As men start to have urinary symptoms associated with prostate enlargement, it is important that they watch alcohol consumption. More fluid means more fluid.
Drink less. Drink in slow motion

SPORTS
Sport helps build muscle tone. Every man should be in sports Men over 40 should avoid high-impact exercises like jogging. Putting pressure on the knees Cycling is bad news for the prostate. We recommend a fast walk.

SESSION
When we’re sitting, two-thirds of our weight is resting on pelvis bones. Men who sit longer are more prone to prostate symptoms. Don't sit down for long hours. Walk as often as you can Sit in some comfortable chairs. We recommend a split saddle chair if you have to sit for long hours.

DRESSING
Men should avoid tight underwear. It affects circulation around the groin and warms it up a little. While the physiological temperature is 37 degrees, the groin has an optimal temperature of about 33 degrees. Pant is a no no for men. Wear boxers please Please wear clothes that breathe.

SMOKER
Avoid smoking. It affects blood vessels and circulation of impact around the crotch.
H E S I C
Regular sex is good for the prostate.
Singles are more prone to prostate disease. While being single is a moral decision, it’s not a biological adaptation. Your prostate is designed to empty its contents regularly.
__________________________________________________________________________________

*Thought * when someone shares something valuable with you and you enjoy it. You have a moral obligation to share this with others because someone in your friend list might be saved.

How To Reduce Your Car Tyres Wears

Car maintenance is becoming very expensive, and most time this makes motorists to want to find shortcuts
.Examples of underinflated, overinflated, and properly inflated tires
The present lull being experienced in the economy is making many turn to the use of fairly used tyres.
Having to take your vehicle in to have new tyres put on can be a costly endeavor, when you take into consideration the cost of the tyres themselves as well as the price you have to pay for the labour of having them put on.
Fortunately, it is possible to reduce the amount of wear that is placed on your tires and extend the driving time you will get from them. Practicing a few simple habits will greatly help to improve the life of your tires and reduce the need for continually having your tires changed.

1.Adjustyourdrivinghabits

You can’t avoid all tyre wear, but you can avoid driving behaviors that tend to trigger it. For instance, taking curves too fast can wear the edges of your front tyres. Hitting a pothole can create tyre leaks and wear, and even mess with your wheel alignment. Take care to avoid speeding over puddles that could be hiding deep potholes. If possible, avoid them altogether.

2.Monitorandmaintainpropertyrepressure

Check your tyre pressure every other time you fill up with gas, or at a minimum, once a month. When properly inflated, your tyres can evenly distribute force from your vehicle to the road. When either under- or overinflated though, your tyres can’t make proper contact with the road. Check out the graphic below to see what we mean. When a tyre is underinflated, more of its surface area comes in contact with the road. When overinflated, less of the tyre’s surface area comes in contact with the road.
Both situations can cause premature, uneven tire wear and lead to reduced gas mileage and tyre lifespan.
To avoid this problem, check and adjust your tyre pressure.

3.Rotateyourtyresregularly

General wisdom says to rotate your tires each time you get an oil change. Both services keep your car running smoothly and help you avoid big trouble down the road… like a nasty flat on the highway or a sludgy engine!
A tyre rotation is exactly what it sounds like: the tires are swapped positions to help them wear more evenly (and therefore more slowly). Your front tyres experience more stress when driving, since they are the ones that are primarily responsible for steering and turning the car. A tyre rotation makes sure each tire gets a chance to ride in the front.

4.Routinewheelalignment

Have your alignment checked at the same time you have your tyres rotated. Proper wheel alignment ensures optimal drivability. It helps your tyres last longer, your vehicle drive smoother, and ultimately keep your wheels pointed in the right direction. If you suspect your alignment might be off—or it’s just been a while since you had the alignment checked out (hey, we know life gets busy!)—have your technicians take a look.
Give your tyres the tools they need to live longer and keep you safe on the road by following these four great tips.

swedish Telecom Equipment Vendor, Ericsson Laying Off 25,000 Staff

Mobile telecom gear maker Ericsson may lay off around 25,000 employees outside Sweden as part of its savings program, Swedish daily Svenska Dagbladet reported on Thursday, citing unidentified sources at the company. No automatic alt text available.
Ericsson said in July it would accelerate measures to meet a target of doubling its 2016 underlying operating margin of 6 percent and that it aimed to reach an annual cost reduction run rate of at least 10 billion crowns ($1.2 billion) by mid-2018.

Ericsson has said actions will be taken primarily in service delivery and common costs while research and development would be largely unaffected.
The company faces mounting competition from China's Huawei and Finland's Nokia as well as weak emerging markets and falling spending by telecoms operators with demand for next-generation 5G technology still years away.
Svenska Dagbladet said it was not clear whether the planned layoffs included employees within its media operations, which are up for strategic review and seen by analysts as likely to be sold by the group.
"Ericsson has not communicated which specific units or countries could be affected. It is too early to talk about specific measures or exclude any country," Ericsson said in a statement on its website.

Natural Remedies For A Headache

More than 10 million people around the world have headaches frequently; headaches are the most common health complaint.  Headaches in most cases are treatable with over-the-counter medicine but can be sorted out in a natural way.  Usually if the headache pain is unbearable then you should see a doctor.

There are many reasons why you might have a headache such as fatigue, sleep deprivation, stress, common colds, viral infections and dental and sinus issues.

Here are the natural remedies that are popular in Nigeria.

Water

Getting a headache could be a sign that you are not drinking enough water, when we are dehydrated the signs don’t always show or you don’t immediately feel thirsty but the headache is a sign. The solution to this is a simple one and all you have to do is drink some water. Your body needs a litre of water every day to stay hydrated and to ensure that urinary tract infections are avoided. At the first sign of a headache make sure you drink water. Also, make sure you look back at your day to see how much caffeine you have consumed.

Lemon

Lemon is a very power ingredient that can treat a headache, the best way to consume lemon is to add it to warm water as this reduces the headache. Some headaches take place due to gas in the stomach and the warm lemon water will help resolve this. If your forehead is really throbbing with pain, you can make a lemon paste and apply it to your stress points. You can do this simultaneously and get the headache solved in a jiffy.

Oils & Aromatherapy
Aromatherapy oils are considered very helpful in eliminating a headache. Just pop over to the pharmacy or health store and purchase lavender, camomile and sweet marjoram. You can mix all these essence into carrier oil, use around 5 drops and massage it into the neck and upper back area to target the headache.

Relaxation

Stress is usually the main cause of headaches so to practice relaxation techniques is very important. You can distract yourself from the pain by keeping yourself busy but you can’t always be busy. You can meditate, engage in prayer or practice deep breathing – the more oxygen you get into your system, the more relaxed you will feel. Once you get calm after practicing your relaxation techniques try going to sleep to forget the pain.

Peppermint Essence

Peppermint isn’t just a flavour in chewing gum and toothpaste; it can also help to reduce headaches. Peppermint essence has calming and soothing properties; you can use peppermint in herbal tea and let it mix for around 10 minutes. You can also add some sugar or honey to make the tea taste better, you can also use peppermint oil to your temples to add a cooling sensation and give you instant relief. Peppermint can be inhaled to relieve symptoms of headaches by putting peppermint in steam with a towel over your head.

Apple

When you have a persistent headache, a way of reducing it is to eat a piece of apple by applying some salt and drinking some warm water. The apple has antioxidants in it which will help treat any common colds that might be causing the headache. Betel leaves are known for their cooling properties and can effectively relieve headaches. You need to grind the leaves into a fine paste and apply it to your forehead and at the same time you can chew one or two leaves to treat headaches.

Ginger
Ginger has been known to have excellent anti-inflammatory properties as it relaxes the blood vessels in the head and reduces swelling in the brain. It also activates opiates in the brain as it lessens the pain. You can ingest ginger through ginger tea which needs to take place three to four times a day to reduce the inflammation and get rid of the headache.

Samsung Galaxy S9: What We Will See

The Samsung Galaxy S8 only hit stores earlier this year, but we're already hearing rumors of the Samsung Galaxy S9, with one report claiming the phone is already in the first few stages of production.

We've put together an overview of the rumors and news we've heard so far. You'll find that below, along with everything we know about the inevitable Samsung Galaxy S9 Plus.

But we've also included a list of improvements we hope Samsung will include on its next phone, because as good as the S8 is, it's not perfect.

Samsung Galaxy S9 price and release date

We so far know nothing about when the Samsung Galaxy S9 will be announced, so we'll just have to go off what Samsung has done in the past.

Samsung announced the Galaxy S8 in late March, so we'd expect it will follow up with the Galaxy S9 roughly a year later, at the end of March 2018.
But it was late in announcing the Galaxy S8 in 2017 - the company waited about a month longer than normal, so it's possible that the S9 will land around the end of February, in which case it might be launched at Mobile World Congress 2018, as that's likely to take place at that sort of time.
What we can safely predict is the Samsung Galaxy S9 is sure to be expensive, as the Galaxy S8 launched at $720, £689, AU$1,199.

Samsung Galaxy S9 news and rumors

Not much is known about the Samsung Galaxy S9, but some sources claim the company has already started work on producing its next flagship phone.
The Bell reports unnamed industry sources saying that Samsung has been hard at work on the display panels for the Galaxy S9 since late March 2017. If Samsung has started work on the S9’s display panels that’s apparently about 6 months earlier than usual. That doesn't come as a massive surprise, as many companies start work on their phones before one generation has even been announced, but it's good to get the rumors flowing already about the next Samsung phone.

Samsung and Qualcomm have also started working on a new mobile chip according to The Investor. The chip is apparently likely to be called the Snapdragon 845 - up from the Snapdragon 835 found in some versions of the Galaxy S8 - and is supposedly going to be used in the Samsung Galaxy S9.

So far we don't know anything about the power or performance of the Snapdragon 845 chipset, but we'd wager it won't be the only one Samsung uses, with a new Exynos chip likely headed to S9 handsets in some parts of the world.
And speaking of a new Exynos chip, Samsung has revealed that it has developed LTE modems for the next generation of its chips. Why should you care? Because these modems support theoretical download speeds of 1.2Gbps - faster than any other phone, meaning you could potentially download an HD movie within just 10 seconds. And the Galaxy S9 is sure to get some new features too. Back in late 2016, Samsung licensed a new glass coating technology that makes water bounce off your smartphone screen. Samsung plans to include this tech in an upcoming phone, so it may mean the Galaxy S9 is much easier to use in the rain. Watch the video below to see how the technology works.
As you can imagine, the rumors remain thin on the ground at the moment, but we'll be scooping our way through the best and worst of them - so bookmark this page if you ever want to know the very latest on the Samsung Galaxy S9.
