Robert Shout Out to UN General Assembly, WE ARE NOT GAYS

Zimbabwean president Robert Mugabe yesterday took his anti-gay campaign to the ongoing UN General Assembly where he bluntly told world leaders at the United Nations that Africans are not gays and totally reject attempts to prescribe new rights including gay rights in Africa
"We equally reject attempts to prescribe "new rights" that are contrary to our values, norms, traditions, and beliefs. We are not gays! Cooperation and respect for each other will advance the cause of human rights worldwide. Confrontation, vilification, and double-standards will not." he said.

Guys Which of This Shoe Can You Rock Wella?

THE ALLIGATOR SHOE

OR THIS

   COBRA SHOE
After one caught fire recently in Dubai, another one on Sunday, while the owner was driving through Brentwood, Essex, caught fire from behind. According to the visible owner, who does not want his name in print, he only got the car less than a year and there are only 30 of it in the WORLD. He said, first he thought it was the clutch when he smelt a wire burning, then shortly after that he saw fire from behind and quickly pulled over. He rushed out of the car and called the fire service. According to him, they were so quick and prevented the whole of the car from burning but the total back had already been damaged and might as well be a write off, he said.

Paul Walker’s Daughter Sues Porsche,Said He Was Burned ALIVE

Paul Walker survived the impact of the crash that took his life but suffered horrifically as he was burned alive … this according to a wrongful death lawsuit his daughter has filed against Porsche.
According to the lawsuit — obtained by TMZ — lawyers for 16-year-old Meadow Walker claim when the Porsche Carrera GT crashed and broke apart, Paul’s seat belt “snapped Walker’s torso back with thousands of pounds of force, thereby breaking his ribs and pelvis,” and trapping him in the passenger seat.
The suit claims the fire didn’t erupt for 1 minute and 20 seconds after impact, but Paul was helplessly trapped.  When the fire broke out, Paul was still alive.  The suit alleges, “Paul Walker breathed soot into his trachea while the Porsche Carrera GT burned.”
Law enforcement said the cause of the crash was speeding — 80 to 93 MPH — at the hands of driver Roger Rodas. But the lawsuit says Rodas was only going between 63 and 71 MPH when it careened out of control. And the suit alleges the car would never have careened if it had a proper stabilization system.
Meadow’s lawyers claim Porsche knew the Carrera GT had “a history of instability and control issues.”
Meadow’s lawyers say the defect could have been corrected with a Porsche Stability Management System (PSM), which prevents swerving. They say the company intentionally decided not to install PSMs in the Carrera GT, even though it was standard in many other models.

Nigerian Hajj Stampede Victim Tells How he Survived

The tragic stampede that occurred last Thursday during hajj in Saudi Arabia, is still a hot topic in the news, as more details about the incident are starting to be revealed.
Hamza Musa Kabir, a 55-year-old trader who is from Kano, recently recounted his ordeal during the incident, and how he survived, Vanguard reports.

HAJJ Stampede

Kabir said: We set off at sunrise from Muzdalifah and marched towards the Jamarat,” the place in Mina where pilgrims ritually stone the devil. We were more than halfway through the procession when the road was blocked by the police, which led to buildup (of pilgrims). Then the police blocked all the roads, leaving us with only one route. The situation became worse when the police allowed people returning from the Jamarat to use the same route back to their tents where the pilgrims were staying. From where I stood, I could see a police officer on a raised platform at a nearby control post beckoning at pilgrims returning that they should move on. Because those returning were moving in the opposite (direction) of the surging crowd, there was a stampede.
People became weak from suffocation and heat. People couldn't breathe (in the crush). Many collapsed, mostly women and the old and disabled on wheelchairs. I also was pinned down by this huge man I believe to be an Asian. I had to strip myself of my shroud which had become an obstacle to my escape.
I raised my hand and grabbed the shroud of another pilgrim from Nigeria who was already standing on a fence. He couldn’t pull me up because I was pinned down by this huge man.In an act of desperation, Kabir grabbed the man’s testicles and squeezed them which made him jump off me.
This enabled me to use my other hand to reach for the metal bar of the fence, and grab it. I then pulled myself up with the help of another young Arab man who was standing on the fence. I was so dizzy and weak and too weak to walk. I was spread on the floor and another pilgrim, seeing that I had regained consciousness, offered me his other shroud. People offered me drink and some food. I then realised that I had been bitten (on) the side, by a young man from underneath.
I spent, like, two hours sitting down recuperating. After that, I was assisted by another pilgrim from Niger to make it to the Jamarat and carry out the stoning rites. What I saw on my return to the scene of the stampede frightened me, because I just saw countless bodies lying on the floor covered in white shrouds, and I knew I could have been one of them.Still, he is not too frightened to return. I know I will not die until the appointed hour…. Hajj is very important to my faith, and no obstacles will discourage me from seizing another opportunity to come back.”

The Way You Sleep With Your Partner Says Alot About Your Relationship

The loose spoon:says “I've got your back, you can count on me.

A couple's sleeping positions says something about relationships which are signposts for a happy coupling and which are signs of trouble..According to an article by Little Things.com, experts say that our body language when we sleep tells alot about the strength of our relationship.

The first position examined is the classic spooning position - both snug and loose.Spooning in general is considered the sign of a healthy couple - and nearly a third of couples sleep facing the same direction.
According to a study done by relationship psychologist Corrine Sweet, the position is only adopted by a fifth (or 18 percent) of couples and demonstrates a dynamic in which,
“ One partner takes a protective stance over the other.Although it’s a sweet, it can also be a little saucy. “It’s a very vulnerable position that’s sexual, but says, ‘I trust you,’”
 See below

The loose spoon(Above)is typically what a couples that are a fans of spooning eventually do once their relationship matures and each individual wants to revert to a position that produces the best quality sleep

The chase
This position could mean that one partner is playing hard to get or wants to be pursued

                                                                       Love knots:
Sleeping in a tangled up position is said to be associated with new relationships, but may not be a good practice in the long run as it could lead to dependency

The Unraveling Knot If a couple sleeps tangled but then drifts apart, it is a sign of a maturing relationship. This position starts with The Tangle position, but then unravels after 10 minutes or so. Believe it or not, this position is a sign of a stronger relationship than The Tangle. Yet only eight percent of couples adopt this two-part position. Dr. Sweet said it’s, “A compromise between intimacy and independence, allowing for the best of both worlds.”

The Liberty Lovers Couples who sleep facing apart are among a large - 27 per cent - of couples, and is a sign of a secure and connected couple. If you and your partner sleep facing opposite directions with space in-between – don’t fret! This is actually a good thing.According to a study done by relationship psychologist Corrine Sweet, couples that sleep back-to-back without touching are “connected and secure in themselves. This position shows both closeness and independence in the relationship.”

The Back kissers
it's, 'a compromise between intimacy and independence, allowing for the best of both worlds'.If you sleep back-to-back but you touch with your butts or backs, this is also a good thing — but it’s also novel.
According to Dr. Sweet, this means, “Both partners are relaxed and comfortable with one another.” Yet this position is more common amongst newer couples, or those that have been together for under a year, rather than a more long-term duo.

                                                                                   THE NUZZLE :
experts say it 'represents vibrant, passionate or rekindled love'This sweet position, in which one partner rests their head on the other’s chest, while their legs are intertwined is often seen in early relationships and occasionally rekindled ones, according to Dr. Sweet.
This is a very nurturing posture that creates a sense of protection. Shirley Glass, a psychologist and martial therapist, also notes, “There’s a high level of trust here,” as this snuggling position has a “strengthening sense of comradeship and protection.”

                                                                           The Space Hog
Sign of trouble: A space hogging partner may be a selfish one in other parts of his or her life.
It sees one partner sprawled over the majority of the bed, and can be a sign of selfishness in that partner.

According to Tracey, sleeping with heads at opposite ends of the bed is known as 'the post-argument or pre-divorce position.'Similarly if you sleep more than 30 inches apart, it's clear that 'the relationship's not just over, repulsion has set in.'

President Buhari Orders Hajj Commission To Account For All Nigerian Pilgrims in Saudi Arabia

President Buhari has ordered the National Hajj Commission and the Nigerian Embassy in Saudi Arabia to urgently account for all Nigerian pilgrims in the aftermath of the stampede that happened in Makka last Thursday.

In a statement released by his Senior Special Assistant Garba Shehu, Pres. Buhari gave the directive following conflicting reports on the number of Nigerians who died or suffered injuries in the catastrophe which claimed well over 700 lives.

The statement states that President Buhari is very concerned that days after the unfortunate incident, some Nigerian families are still grappling with painful uncertainty over the fate of their relatives who traveled to Saudi Arabia for this year's Hajj.

He has also ordered the National Hajj Commission to work with the various state pilgrim boards, Islamic organisations and private travel agencies involved in Hajj operations to speedily provide a confirmed and verifiable report on the status of every Nigerian pilgrim in Saudi Arabia.

HEAR WHAT A MOTHER TOLD HER DAUGHTER ON HER WEDDING DAY

My daughter, you are now a wife and soon you’ll be become a mother too. God bear me witness that I taught you how to cook and do other house chores. I taught you to respect men and to explain your anger when necessary but if you do
otherwise,i know you,not as a daughter but as my fellow woman.
My daughter, you see this your husband? He is a gentleman but don’t take advantage of that. Don’t bring out the beast in him. My daughter, you see this mark on my forehead?
Your father gave it to me.He tolerated me everytime but on that day,He came unexpectedly. It wasn’t his intention but i dared him and he hit me just once
My daughter,Men hate it when you use the word “YOU CAN’T DO IT”.He sure can do more than but he’s just protecting you from harm. My daughter, whenever there is an arguement or misunderstanding, try drinking water. You can’t talk when you have water in your mouth.
Now,you have two families. You are very lucky.Tolerate and appreciate them just as you
did here. Learn to welcome other people’s kids and soon, children will sorround your table with love.
You see that my big pot? I bought it when i still had no child but i always cooked with it to feed those children who had nothing to eat.
Learn to show hospitality. Welcome a visitor and at least, offer a glass of water.Don’t discriminate.
Don’t shatter your husband’s family. instead, bring them together. Learn to appreciate little efforts and soon, they’ll
learn to do more.
Today, you are wearing a wedding gown and you look so beautiful in it but there is still another gown you need to wear. That is the MATERNITY gown. I wore it and you shall wear your’s too.
When you have a misundertanding, don’t come back here.Sort things out and build a happy home.I built mine and your father enjoyed me.
Men like food. They like both the kITCHEN food and the BEDROOM food.Don’t deny him any of the food all because you had an arguement. If the ones i taught you are not enough, learn more!

06. EGYPT
I believe all women are beautiful regardless of race but Egyptian women are definitely a class above, in my opinion, they have unique qualities that I absolutely love. The full lips that Egyptian women possess are an attractive feature that women from other cultures and around the world often attempt to duplicate.Their physical figure is truly amazing. The nice thighs, the hips, and the behind- those are qualities every man wont fail to notice. Those natural curves are a blessing. But it’s not just physical traits. FRANCE GOVT PROMISES EQUIPMENT, INTELLIGENCE IN FIGHTING TERRORISM ……..

French President, François Hollande, has announced his government’s commitment to assist the Multinational Joint Task Force (MJTF) with intelligence gathering and equipment in fighting terrorism in Nigeria and the African sub region.
President Hollande disclosed this yesterday after a closed door bilateral meeting with President Muhammadu Buhari, who is on a three-day official visit to France at the Elsee Palace in Paris. The Development came as the Defence Headquarters in Nigeria promised that the battle against the insurgents would be over soon.
Addressing a joint press conference, the French President said that his government was concerned about the increasing spate of insecurity in Nigeria and the entire West Africa and was ready to render support in tackling extremism. He said himself and President Buhari discussed during the meeting new strategies of partnership that would enable Nigeria and its neighbouring countries of Cameroun, Chad, Niger and Benin Republic through the joint action of the MJTF to fight the insurgency and restore peace. Hollande explained that as an intervention approach to assist in the fight, France last year hosted a Regional Summit on Security in Paris which brought together the neighbouring countries to chat the way forward.
“We provide all of the support to the countries in the region which are affected by this cult and in Nigeria, we want to provide support and solidarity,” he noted. The French President also thanked President Buhari for his recent actions such as the movement of the military command center to Maiduguri which has helped in the fight.
He also disclosed that France has concluded arrangements to invest a total of 130million in the development of infrastructure in Nigeria for rebuilding of roads, provision of electricity and water supply. According to him, despite the fall in the price of crude oil in the international market which has affected Nigerian’s expected revenue, the country’s economy still remained strong. “The Nigerian economy remains strong. So, France wants to be doing business in the country.”
Hollande said that France intends to increase the visibility of its investors more in Nigeria. In his remarks, President Buhari thanked the French president for his government’s interest in assisting Nigeria and expressed the readiness of his administration to partner with France for the overall development of the country. President Buhari noted that with commitment from France, Nigeria’s next shopping list regarding support will move to other members of the G7. “We have to depend on France and the other G7 countries for support to fight piracy” the President said.
He said “Our next shopping list is going to G7 in terms of intelligence and training. Another problem is the problem in the Gulf of Guinea, from Senegal to Angola, that area is endowed with resources like petroleum and other minerals but surrounded by piracy and theft.
“We are going to depend on France and G7 countries to flush these criminals out of the region.” Speaking further President Buhari said that “On Nigeria’s problems, more than 67 per cent of our youths and most of them under their youthful age are unemployed.
We are finding best way in Agriculture and mining to address this before sophisticated infrastructure and security are provided. “We want to make sure we feed ourselves and provide security before other things are also tackled.
The President will today continue with the visit and hold talks with the business community in France in opening the frontier of investment in Nigeria.
Nigeria and France last year signed bilateral agreements which enables the French government to provide $1.170million soft loan through the French Development Agency, AFD, for the construction of high voltage power lines and substations that will connect Abuja with electrical distribution network.
Yesterday’s meeting, our correspondent gathered, also enabled the two leaders to discuss the Memorandum of Understanding to build a 30M project solar power plant in a rural local government of Osun State capacity of the solar power plant is 10 to 14 megawatts. Meanwhile, the Defence Headquarters (DHQ), has reassured that the Boko Haram insurgency in the North East, will soon be a thing of the past.

P’square Asked Us For Huge Cash Before They Grace Our Shows – SoundcityTV

Today, Social Media went crazy after Peter Okoye, one half of the super singing duo P-Square, responded on twitter to a complaint from a fan regarding the absence of their content on Tv Music Channel Soundcity Tv.
Check the below Tweets from peter and a detailed response from Soundcity TV in what looks like a disagreement that has been silently ongoing for the past 8-9 months.
So Peter replied a fan’s comment on twitter some hours back:And then went on to tweet the next few screenshots. . .
Soundcity didn’t waste much time with a response, they posted a detailed account of why they have not played any P-Square content since 1st January 2015 in a write up posted ontheir website. WOW!
For 10 Years, @SoundcityTV has been a huge supporter of #PSquare and the #PSquare brand, right from their 1st music video to the last video released in 2014. Most of their videos got massive airplay on @SoundcityTV than any other music channel.@SoundcityTV viewers sometimes complain about the dominance of #PSquare videos on the channel & charts. We were a huge supporter and gave everything to their works. We have assisted the #PSquare brand, toured with them over Africa at our expense. Gave them ad-spots for their events / projects. Gave them prime time slots for their videos and included them in our array of Programmes / programming. We invited #PSquare to one of our annual events last December 2014 and they insisted we pay a certain amount of money. We reasonably asked, what is the least we can offer?; this was us foregoing the fact that we had invested a lot in #PSquare’s career as music talents / artistes & entertainers. The feedback was, “WHAT HAS SOUNDCITY EVER DONE FOR PSQUARE? TELL ME ONE THING SOUNDCITY HAS EVER DONE FOR PSQUARE” (Jude Okoye, Manager). While we understand that this is business, there is also room for special consideration. Saying our TV brand has never done anything for #PSquare was quite damning. Clearly, there was no need to argue with their decision and reasoning. We decided to stop ‘doing anything’ with/for #PSquare, since our 10years of supporting the group meant nothing to them. We assumed our relationship was a mutually beneficial one, but clearly one-sided.Ultimately, #PSquare music videos stopped airing on @SoundcityTV since January 01, 2015. Soundcity reserves the right to air music videos on our cable / satellite or terrestrial platforms.Overall, we wish the duo the best in their endeavours. @SoundcityTV will keep airing works of the best and upcoming Nigerian artistes, and also, the best #African artistes to the world, especially nurturing their talents from inception till they become huge megastars and international superstars.Thank you.”

Lagosians Beat Kai Officials After They Arrested & Beat Up A Recharge Card Seller

So today on Allen Avenue, some Kai officials picked up a standing recharge card seller, beat him up and forced him into their van. On-lookers who wondered why a guy selling recharge cards without a stand should be beaten and then forced to enter their van descended on the officials and also beat them up. Sensing they can’t over power the crowd they quickly rushed into their van and drove off. Unfortunately, there was a slow one among them and he was left behind. Trust angry Lagosians who weren’t satisfied with the beatings, they descended on him the more till other onlooker’s begged for his release. An LL reader who witnessed the scene sent in the photos.

Apple's annual hardware launch event took place in California yesterday, with the release of two new versions of its current iPhone 6 design – the iPhone 6s and the larger 6s Plus –as well an Apple Watch collaboration with luxury fashion brand Hermès, which reinforces Apple's desire to position its smartwatch as a luxury product rather than a gadget.
