Civil Servant Caught Having Sex in Council Office

 A civil servant has been caught having intimate relations in a government building. 

CCTV  images show the man, identified as chief systems engineer, Miguel Medina and a woman referred to simply as an ex-government employee, getting intimate in his office .

The raunchy government couple were caught in different positions - and in different rooms all around the council building.

The man seen on the video has been identified as the chief systems engineer, Miguel Medina, a council employee. Clearly not satisfied with their dirty little secret being confined to Medina's office, the couple were seen in different rooms all around the council building. Angry citizens have reported the act to the local governor, Víctor Hugo Vasquez, but until now no official statement has been 

made.
