MUSA, ENYEAMA AND TOURE NOMINATED FOR AFRICAN PLAYER OF THE YEAR AWARD

Super Eagles captain Ahmed Musa and his predecessor Vincent Enyeama have been nominated for the 2015 African Player of the Year award, the Confederation of African Football announced on Sunday.

Along with the CSKA Moscow forward and the Lille goalkeeper in the 37-man list include Ghana and Swansea star Andre Ayew, last year’s winner Yaya Toure of Cote d’Ivoire and Manchester City, and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang of Gabon and Borussia Dortmund, as well as Egypt amd Roma winger Mohammed Salah.

The list with be pruned down before the eventual winner will be announced at a ceremony.
